Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://constructioncompanyhelena.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Hardwood Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, Door Replacement, Window Installation, Siding Installation, Deck Building provided by S and T Quality Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://constructioncompanyhelena.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of S and T Quality Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. S and T Quality Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, S and T Quality Construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid S and T Quality Construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify S and T Quality Construction against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MT law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MT for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. S and T Quality Construction may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
